2 lb beef (cut up)
4 Tbs vegetable oil
1 cup sliced onion
1 clove garlic (chopped)
3/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 Tbs brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
dash red pepper
Brown beef in oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onions are transparent.
Mix together remaining ingredients and add to meat.
To this add 3 cups water and simmer 2 to 3 hours (the longer the better). Thicken with 3 Tbs flour in 1/4 cup water.
Serve over noodles (we like egg noodles)
