Poke - Sushi Salad - (From Tamar)

Ingredients

Poke:
~1lb sushi grade fish chopped into cubes (I typically buy at a Japanese market but whole foods should work)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 scallions thinly chopped
~1/2 cup diced cucumber
Avocado
Seaweed to sprinkle

Sauce:
1 tbsp sesame oil
3-4 tbsp soy sauce


Directions

Combine ingredients from the poke section, mix gently so you don't damage the fish. Mix sauce and pour over mixture. Stir until everything is coated. I usually serve over sushi rice but can do over salad, rice crackers, anything! Very easy and fast weeknight dinner. Enjoy:)
