Barbeque Beef Stew (Steven and Jessie)

Ingredients
2 lb beef (cut up)
4 Tbs vegetable oil
1 cup sliced onion
1 clove garlic (chopped)
3/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 Tbs brown sugar
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
dash red pepper

Directions
Brown beef in oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onions are transparent.

Mix together remaining ingredients and add to meat.

To this add 3 cups water and simmer 2 to 3 hours (the longer the better). Thicken with 3 Tbs flour in 1/4 cup water.

Serve over noodles (we like egg noodles)

This is a family favorite when the cold weather sets in.
